The cluster
2 Proxmox hosts, a 4-node k3s cluster, and 5 Raspberry Pi 5s. One cluster, every workload.
Network
Trusted, IoT, DMZ, guest. Four VLANs, zero flat networks.
Remote access
Tailscale in, zero open ports.
Storage
TrueNAS backups, because RAID isn't a backup.
Smart home
Home Assistant runs the house. Sensors, lights, TVs, all local.
Local AI
RTX 5070 Ti, Ollama, faster-whisper. No cloud required.
Monitoring
55 monitors. If it breaks, my phone knows first.
